Delivery & Returns Policy
Sparkstone ships products to most major cities in India through reputed couriers. We also ship to many Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities and towns. Considering the valuable Products, we may not be able to deliver to some remote locations.
We are continuously trying to expand our presence and shorten our delivery lead times. We will keep the customers informed of our developments.
SHIPPING CHARGES
We provide Free shipping on all orders above Rs. 499/- . Shipping Fee (Rs. 70/-) will be charged below cart value Rs.499/-. A nominal charge of Rs.80/- will be charged for COD orders as COD fee.
DELIVERY TIME
Products are shipped from our warehouse location in 3-5 business days after placing the order, depending on product availability. It may take another 2-6 business days for it to be delivered to the customers excluding the date of dispatch. Thus the total time for an order to reach the customer is 3-10 business days within India excluding the day when the order was placed.
Items on which couriers place restrictions may take additional time to deliver or may have to be cancelled.
REFUND POLICY
We are happy to offer a 3 Days return policy for unused and unworn items. We ask for customers to bear the cost of return/exchange shipping and this cost will be adjusted against the refund amount.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you simply have to fill the EXCHANGE/RETURN FORM or can contact us on [email protected]. If your return is accepted, We’ll pick the product from your doorstep within 7 working days or else you can ship it to us. Unfortunately we can’t accept items sent back to us without first requesting a return.
DAMAGE POLICY
Damage policy is within 24 hours after receiving your item and requires mandatory uncut 360° unboxing video of the product which will help to evaluate issue and arrange a replacement for you as soon as possible without any shipping charge.
- Replacement of same product is given for damage and wrong product, please note no exchange or refund.
- Product is not considered as damaged in below scenarios.
- If there is any irregularities to the original pictures shown, there might be small human errors or not liked which shall not be eligible for exchange.
We take utmost care while packing your order, triple check for damages, whether all items are in place and pack it. All the pictures showcased are original photos without any filter.
IMPORTANT – Pls note the below products are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Unfortunately we cannot accept return for size reason, as it has already been mentioned in the product description.
- Any item that shown colour differences or size issue will not be accepted under this policy.
- We take all photos in house in day light with premium lenses. Having said that there might be slight changes in colour as it depends on monitor or phone screen resolution and colour settings.
- We have one standard size for all products which is mentioned in our website under every product description.
- If customer still wishes to go for the refund then shipping cost will be applicable to customer.
If Sparkstone is satisfied that the Product does not meet any one of the above criteria, we shall reserve the right to reject the return of the Product.
RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS
STEP 1: Once you are sure you want to return the product, immediately Fill the Return/Exchange Form (Link Above) or send an email at “[email protected]” with your “Order No.” and “Product details” with your reason for returning the product(s). Pls note all return requests need to be raised within 3 days of product delivery and all the above mandatory return criteria have to be met
STEP 2: Our Customer Care team will revert on your Return request email within 24- 48 working hours. We will arrange a reverse pick up for the delivered product.
STEP 3: Please make sure that you have packed the return product very safely (use Sparkstone Original packaging box, or some strong packaging box with sealed tapes) to prevent any loss or damage to the product during transit. Any product received damaged in transit will not be qualified for refund and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
STEP 4: Hand over the parcel to our pick up agent.
If reverse pick up is unavailable with particular address, customer has to use courier which is available in their area and ship it. In such cases customer has to bare the shipping charges
The returned parcel will take 7 to 10 days to reach our warehouse. Your patience is highly appreciated.
Once we receive the returned product(s), a quality check will be performed on the items by our quality team. This is subject to the return having met all the above mentioned criteria of Return.
If the returned product(s) meets all the criteria for return, then we will initiate your refund within 2-5 business days of receiving the parcel.
MANDATORY CRITERIA FOR RETURN
- Return Request has to be raised within 3 days from the delivery date.
- The items should be unused with all tags intact.
- The packaging should have the original invoice, packaging and tags in place.
- There should not be any scratches or deformities on the product.
- Ensure that Embellishments on the product are not damaged.

CANCELLATION POLICY
For the Order Cancellation You have to inform Us through Mail within 10 hours or before the shipment is shipped/dispatched. Otherwise we could not Cancel or refund for your order.
STORE CREDIT POLICY
Store Credits can’t be converted into cash and can be only used in the store for purchase.
